Congratulations on getting your Pink Chip cherry popped. That should be considered a rite of passage here on 2+2.

[ QUOTE ]

Are there other games out there like this? Or is this the stuff that makes the Pink Chip legendary?

[/ QUOTE ]

That, and the fact that the game usually features 1 or 2 or even more players who normally play much higher limits and decide to donk around at a low limit game. Hey, it's a 3 chip structure, and the table is a sea of pink!

In all seriousness, that game is no doubt one of the best structured limit games in the country. Alas, I have moved to higher limit games, where there are stilly LAGgily horrible players, but sometimes I yearn for the days of Pink. There's just something about 8 way pots capped on every street that makes me drool

Jeff
Last Wen in 20Borg game my friend faced 3 very curious decisions on BB. With 8 people to him for 3 bets should he cold cap or fold with 78s, KQs and 99... How good was that game.

Incidentally, the PCG has its own wiki article; join in as we track sightings!

Does anyone think there's any chance Foxwoods would start spreading it if people asked? I don't yet play that high, but I'd love to get one going once I'm bankrolled for it.

Every CA cardroom runs all of their games either 3 chip/6 chip or 4 chip/8 chip and I'm convinced the CA games are great in large part because of it.

wouldn't make much sense when 5/10 with a kill is one of their main games. and I doubt the poker cage has any pink chips.

DaveR is dead on with this one. Then there are those insane 5chip/10chip $25-$50 games at Hustler and Auga Caliente that just make your eyes bug out when you see players sitting there with 10-12 racks of $5 chips.
