If villain will actually play every single hand this way (raise button and bet every street), then yeah, you should call down. It's just math at that point and your queen high is good enough to make it +EV.

This would probably change though if by calling down you might make villain stop playing this way against you.

I agree with Jake, our nut queen probably has enough equity to make a calldown profitable if maniac continues to fire every street with any two. Also, we should take into account that the times we spike a Q/J we can probably extract another 2-4 bbs.
