At least for me, it logs me out randomly anyway once or twice a week.

Same here.

Same here. I assume it's whenever the server hiccups or something. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying.

This happens to me too (and I do not clear my cookies or cache or anything). I have gotten better at spotting it, but it is really annoying when this happens without noticing it, as it causes all threads to be marked as read if I click on anyting before logging back in, so I don't know what is new and what's not.

If this happens, delete all your cookies BEFORE you login then come back and login immediately.

I go back & forth from my laptop to my home computer. If I log in on one, I get logged out on the other.

Never happened to me. Must be something yall are doing.

P.S. Hitting "clear private data" when your wife/girlfriend/mother walks in during a mammoth porn session will also delete your 2+2 cookie.

Damn, that must be it! Thanks [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

This happens to me routinely (every 7-14 days) and it is a pain.

Why can't there simply be a Login/Not Logged In Indicator on the 2+2 Home Page? If there were, one could properly Login before jumping into a forum.

Happens here too, it's a defect in the forum software, doesn't have anything to do with users deleting cookies. has happened to me on every PC I've had since the change to these forums.

If you click on the "Home of the 2+2 Forums" link, at the top of the 2+2 Home Page, it takes you to the Forum Index. At the top of that page it shows if you are logged in or not.

If you are not, just log in, close and reopen your browser, and everything will be fine. No need to mess with cookies.
