Institute penalties such as a 1 time warning and then 10 minutes away from the table while posting his blinds and folding his hands.

It worked for my sister who was playing in her first live touney a few years ago at The Grand and she remembers it to this day. It embarrassed me more than her, but that's a different story. [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

This kind of situation sucks, but make sure when he calls out of turn he is screwed if someone raises.
