Default The Ventitian now allows benjies to play in the 2/5NL?

Played at the V for the first time in about a week tonight. Evidently, the rule regarding cash playing in the 2/5NL (not sure about the 1/2)game has been changed.

The V has a $1000 cap on the 2/5.

To my knowledge this is the only house in Vegas that allows cash to play in a restricted buy-in game. Is this a positive devolopment?

It seems a matter of convenience vs. game integrity.

Sure, everybody knows that sometimes it's a pain in the arse to have to flag down a chip runner to get new money into the game. However, when there's a cap on the buy-in, allowing $100 bills to play offers a safe and easy way for a would be wrong doer to do his wrongs.

Do many places other than Vegas have situations where bills play in a restricted buy-in game? Has it led to any trouble?
