If you use neteller then stars will only let you cashout your winnings via another method. I dont know what they do if you made your deposit via c-card or other methods.

You can cashout however you like - you can withdraw by NETeller if you want to.

Um, did you asked them? Perhaps you are confirming that if you deposited NOT using neteller then you withdrawl via a cheque. That would be good to know.

It would be great to be able to deposit via neteller, play a bit and then get a cheque but just before I created that thread I linked toI emailed stars support. I dug up the email with their response

"Hello,

Thanks for your enquiry. Unless you have stopped using your NETeller account, you must cashout at least the amount you have deposited. Currently you only need to cashout a further $XXX before you can select another cashout option.

If you no longer have your NETeller account we can permanently block it from our system, which will prevent all cashouts and deposits from this NT account. "

Regards,

PokerStars Support Team"

Not sure how it is now but about 5 years ago if I ever needed money in a hurry (before I got Neteller debit card) I would email cashier@pokerstars.com and request a Western Union cashout. I'm pretty sure doing it that way there was no requirement to refund to Neteller first.

We can't do WU cashouts at the moment, I'm afraid.
