I'm having a similar problem.
I deposited $200. Ran it up to $1600. Tried to cash it out over a month ago. They sent me an email saying that it would need to be processed, and that I would receive a second email within ten business days when it is sent out via Express Mail. about 3 weeks later, I sent them another email, asking what the deal was. They sent me a reply saying I'm in a back queue being processed still, and that my money would be sent ASAP. I sent a second email asking how long the queue is, because I'm moving in six weeks, and could use the $ for expenses, not to mention, I just want my money. A week passed, and no reply. I have since sent three more emails, all of which have received no reply. |
