Do not deposit at Players Only Poker!!!!
 

I played this site under a $20.00 promotional offer. I turned the $20 into $60 plus and decided to withdraw $50 after I played the required number of hands at this site. I waited 45 days for my check, which of course did not come. The next step was to contact support. I was told the money was returned and could not be withdrawn after all.

This site actually confisicated the money, which was won fairly by playing at real money ring games. In effect this money has been stolen from players accounts and confisicated by Pro Players Poker.

Please be warned about this site, and deposit at your won risk. This site is run by sportsbook.com, another site that has reported lots of problems.

Are there any terms and conditions that you have not met? For example do you have to have made a deposit before you are allowed to withdraw?

IIRC, yes, you have to make a deposit of at least $50 to be able to withdraw. It also seems like there were no other terms, i.e. you could make that deposit and then immediately withdraw both that and your winnings without playing through your deposit.

I made a deposit in early May. Then made a test withdrawal and it went as follows:

Requested withdrawal 6-18-07 1:10 pm

Received email confirming withdraw request June 18, 2007 1:13 PM

Received email stating check shipped June 27, 2007 1:03 PM

DHL package on my doorstep 7-2-2007

i'm still waiting on withdrawals made july 3rd but cs has been telling me i will get paid.. i will breathe a sigh of relief when the money is in my bank.. i did win via deposits

How much does requesting courier service affect transaction time at this moment? Anyone know?

I made a cashout request from PO around the end of June and got my check via Fedex (actually didn't request courier service but got it anyway) yesterday. They seem to be catching up on that payouts.

OP you did everything right EXCEPT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. When you clicked "Accept" on the Users License when you downloaded the application, you agreed that you would make a deposit before getting a withdrawal. Stop whining at PlayersOnly. Recommend you Change your Subject Line to..

"DO NOT TRASH POKER SITES WHEN YOU HAVEN'T READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS"
