Good lord. Those are some steep woods. I hit a 983 10.5, stiff shaft pretty damn well, and can't hit an 8 degree worth a damn. Is it swing speed?

I don't have an insane swing speed, but I'm up there.

I've always been able to hit low lofted clubs. In high school, I went through a phase where I couldn't hit off a tee. I played 6 handicap gold for about two months hitting my 9.5 degree driver off the deck.

Mines about 105-110 and i sky a 9.5. Gonne try to work my flight lower tho cause 7.5 puts waaaay too much spin on the ball.

I had a bunch of Tour issued clubs for a long while, but my lack of play and consitancy had me replace a bunch of it last year.

Driver: Nike SQ 9.5, NV 75 Stiff

3 and 5 woods: Sonartec SS-07, 15 and 19 degree each 1 degree open and 2 degrees flat, Purple Ice X- shafts

Hybrid: Sonartec TRC 22 degree, Purple ice X

Irons: OLD SCHOOL, golf smith tour cavity forged 4-W(tried about 6-7 sets since but always go back to these), Rifle tour fligthed 6.5 shafts.

Wedges: 54 and 60* Ping Tour wedges

Putter: Old school Snake eyes milled

Ball: Try whatever is the cheapest tour ball around, really am liking the Callaway Tour 56 and Bridgestone balls.
