Is this a one man job or do you have help? Did you have to rent any tools like a rototiller to rip up the yard before laying the topsoil down?

Aside from my neighbor giving me a few tips and a friend of mine helping me throw the grass/dirt into the garbages for an hour, it's been a one man job.

I used this to tear up the grass by hand.
