Dell 24" widescreen??? mine runs at 1920x1200, I can 6-table on it comfortably, 12 would be do-able I'd think. Mat [/ QUOTE ] Do you 6-table these without sizing your tables down? How much do these cost? |

Re: Let\'s talk about some MONITORS.
I'm looking at some of these Dell's and it seems the max resolution is 1650x1050. Does this create overlap of standard-sized tables?

How many non-resized tables will fit on this guy? [/ QUOTE ] That monitor is in the list I supplied... Why not learn some simple math yourself and find out the answers to your question? Edit: ...and it also says the resolution on that page. Are you high or something? |

The monitor that I linked to has a 1920x1200 resolution so I assume that you really wouldn't be able to add any regularly sized tables without quite a bit of overlap. But I'm not 100% sure about this stuff. Why not take the time and explain this stuff to me? |

Re: Let\'s talk about some MONITORS.
A normal 1600*1200 will show 4 full size tables beacuse: each table is 800*600, you will stack the tables like this:
12 34 so multiply 800 by 2 and get 1600 and 600 by 2 to get 1200. 1600*1200 is therefore the minimum resolution for 4 full size tables. Now I wrote "According to the CTH faq small pokerstars windows are 483*354, your monitor must support a resolution of 1932 * 1062. So if you get a monitor that supports 1920 * 1200 you will only miss 12 rows (which is nothing)." before. Since each table is 483*354 and you want twelve stacked like this: 1234 5678 9ABC there will be 4 sideways and 3 hightwise. So multiply 483 by 4 and 354 by 3 and you will get 1932*1062 as minimum resolution for 12 small tables on pokerstars. 1920*1200 is very very close to that so the overlap on each window is only 4 pixels, which is about 1mm or 1/25 inch per table. You could just let the tables on the left have no left border (put it outside the screen) and the same on the rightmost ones and there will be no overlap at all. Those 12 pixel rows are like nothing. |

Dual-Samsung 305T for the win. [/ QUOTE ] Why would you want two for 12 tables? Besides that it is very expencive and demands a good graphics card. |

[ QUOTE ] What monitor will allow at least 12 small pokerstars table on the screen at once? [/ QUOTE ] According to the CTH faq small pokerstars windows are 483*354, your monitor must support a resolution of 1932 * 1062. So if you get a monitor that supports 1920 * 1200 you will only miss 12 rows (which is nothing). Here are a few found with google: http://uk.insight.com/apps/nbs/index.php...1920%20x%201200 [/ QUOTE ] My laptop screen is 1920x1200 (although I usually play on my 2001FP) and I just tried it with 12 tables on 'tile'. It is essentially no overlap. The borders of the tables are actually touching just barely more instead of having a little bit of a gap. That's the only difference. |
