Yeah, who do you think I was rollin' with? lol

Also Suzzer, Pineapple, Proell, Lacky later on (you surely were gone by then) and umm....Pineapple's roomy and I think that was it.

It was weird, any card room I went to that weekend had several people I knew from STTF. And at the Rio, lol, swarming with people I somehow knew.

Most on 2+2 prefer speeds. They give you a higher hourly rate.

I think the forum decided this at some point in error.

I don't want to break down why though.

Ultra-tease! Not gonna tell us why Speeds might not be better per hour, but infer there is no diff by telling us you play both. Oh the frustration!

I have a pretty good idea of the type of ROI I got over many thousand speeds, and not as good an ideas as the regs, but basically regs take almost twice as long as a speed, but the upper attainable ROI doesn't seem to be 2x what it is in the speeds, which would mean the hourly rate of speeds is higher.

I don't have a lot of hard data to back this up (since I mostly only play speeds I have large amounts of speed data but no reg-data) but it seems to be the case when i consider other good players ROIs at the regs.

Yeah it's a mysterious way of saying "I suspect regulars may be more profitable per hour but I don't want to get into it and obv haven't made up my mind fully yet."

Well, who knows on the hourly rate, but 8-tabling regulars made me want to kill myself because there was too much "real" poker and not enough pushbotting and they take *forever*.

OTOH it can get real stressful playing 8 tables 5-handed or less with the quick timer, but that usually means I'm doing well.

The pre-split ones were perfect. Oh well.

I think a bunch of the shipithollas showed up at some point, but the action wasn't high enough so they went upstairs to bowl.

If anyone wants to compare speed stats with my regular stats I'm more then willing to do it. I feel like i'm the only regular player left here. I have a database of least 7k regulars from 22 to 215s. My biggest sample size is in the 55s and 109s.
