Preflop -- duh, of course you call. Anyone folding should sign up for testicle replacement at their earliest convenience. I bet even *rory* calls here.

I think there's a case to be made for checkraising the flop, or donking the flop, as you have a decent chance of having the best hand and the way you played it everyone got a peek at the turn and river for free. But that's probably close. Being OOP with bottom pair on a raggedy board which does have a little paint, against two other players . . . well, it sucks.

The river is a 100% bet for me. I've had people call with K-high here. Complete value-bet.
