flop raise to 2.5, turn bet 6, river becomes trivial as you have less than pot left.

in short: pot-pot-push.

the way this hand played out I am raising more on the flop ~$3 pot bet the turn and move in after the river raise... my guess would be he has KK and hit a set on the river
