Ummm...the board is that drawy and thats the main issue here. If it wasn't then I think the fold is pretty easy, but there are tons of draws and lots of combo draws also. I understand that calling puts us close to commited and he's obviously caling a shove, but I'm not sure what is optimal. I'm not saying that I think a fold is bad, but he definitely should show up with a draw here a lot.

NM I misread the hand, it's either push or fold here and I still lean toward folding, Your a dog vs a set or 2 pair and your not in that great of shape against any of the other draws out there except 45 and 78.
