Ugh. This is why fast food is so gross. A glowing review consists of comparing it to "substandard diner or bar food".

Obviously, sometimes you need a quick meal on the go, but other than that, fast food is gross.

Last time I went to McD's, I waited 10+ mintues for my food and it ended up costing like 10 bucks. For a dollar and 5 minutes more, I coulda went to a nice sandwich place and got something custom/fresh made.

(obviously i'm exclusing wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, which is [censored] delicious)

These things are on billboards all over LA, and they make the burger patty look like it's about a foot thick IRL. Thick burger at a fast food chain grosses me out.

I've had the pleasure of eating the Swiss Mushroom and Deluxe Angus Burgers. My opinion is similar to OP's: best McDonalds sandwich BY FAR, and probably as good a fast food burger as you'll ever find. The extras, ie onions, tomatoes, buns, is what makes this burger so much better than the other ones. The beef patty is also of a tastier quality than usual and much thicker. I can't wait to try the Bacon Cheese, although I hear it has a little too much sodium.

If he doesn't burst an artery in frustration about his inability to get this, he'll probably have a heart attack shortly after they're finally available.
