someone pointed out earlier that people shoudl suck it up and learn how to play against short stacks. Im pretty sure everyone here could play optimally against shortstacks if they choose 2, however if there are 2-3 in a full ring game it is hard to play optimally vrs EVERYONE and this is the main issue. I agree that stars should get capped games like what was mentioned above, these would take the short stacks away from the regular tables.

whilst all this chit is going on can we have some fun and start a betting pool on who can stack a short stack the most number of times before they double up and leave a table? I got pfakok 3 times today! This might induce everyone to try harder against them, and obv bonus points should also be awarded for aposite ribbing and rundowns in the chat box...

p.s. i would like to add that the most frustrating thing about this whole epidemic to me is that these morons could just buyin full at 1/5 of the stakes, probably make more money, learn to play poker, and even gain a little respect, rather than behave like blood sucking parasites and do their best to kill the bigger games, which will either go deepstacked sooner rather than later, or just go.

the point is that its really really easy to play optimally against short stacks and most people can do it with their eyes closed, but this still doenst stop them killing the games and dragging everyone down to their level...

RU serious? If someone is going to cheat a high stakes game you think they are going to do so by playing more than one short stack account and not play teams with a full stack?

If anything needs to be 'checked' its which high stakes players have AIM open getting live advice on hands in real time. THAT is cheating.

comprehension... i meant using more than one account to get around the time restrictions on returning to tables with the min buyin, not using them simultaneously at the same table.

I'm pretty sure Lee Jones said that's not cheating because such a rule would be unenforceable.

Ask Stars to divvy up the tables?

20bb - 50bb tables

50bb - 100bb table

edit: which I guess is what FTP has done more or less:/
