Party is saying the bug is "fixed" yet the same crappy rate is still being used. This sucks!

How terrible is it that some of us pay tens of thousands of dollars to these poker sites in rake each month, for providing a service which costs them practically nothing, yet they can't pull themselves together enough to provide reasonable customer service and follow up on their promises?

When people pay $1500 for a computer they are given something of value and also provided with good service. When people pay $20K for a car they are provided with a product which is expensive to manufacture and are treated with respect. But we pay them way more money just for keeping a server running. They should be kissing our feet at every opportunity. I don't understand these companies at all.

Hey did this just get fixed? Exchange rate on XE is listed right now as 1.161 and party is exchanging at 1.158, this may not be as good as before but it sounds improved...

It has been better for about a week now. Their rates aren't a cent higher than XE.com anymore, but they seem to be within a cent on the Canadian dollar, and even closer than that on the pound and euro right now. Certainly better than my bank would give me.
