Re: Strategy for going to prison
1) take everything i own, turn it into cash, walk into prison with it
2) sleep, whenever i'm not working or eating. train myself to lucid dream. 3) STFU, keep head down, profit. many people with basically no talent and no skills have managed to serve prison sentences while remaining relatively unharmed. throwing away literally everything about your life so you can avoid a five-year prison sentence is just about the stupidest thing i've ever heard a bunch of people say. |

Re: Strategy for going to prison
You have to consider how much of your current life you will have left once you come out of a 5 year prison term. Will your family/friends/spouse still treat you the same?
You have to weigh two things: 1) What your life will be like after serving 5 years. 2) What your life would be like living in Mexico or SE Asia or where the [censored] ever. Which is better? |

Re: Strategy for going to prison
Some responses about leaving the country/hiding out may not be applicable to certain people for a five year sentence. However, bump the years up to 20, 30, 45-life or whatever your limit is and then the responses are valid even for you; so the running option is an important one in that respect.
