he's good but you can tell his album is not what he wanted to make. He wants to be a rock star and they want a pop star. It's the same deal with kelly Clarkson, she was miserable under their contract and put out an alright pop album. Her newest album, out of the AI contract is great. She wrote many of the songs and you can tell she's all around happier. I think Bo's next album (hopefully he'll get one) will be a lot better than this one.

quick answer, I like Bo, he rocks. It's also embarrassing how much I like Kelly Clarkson.

i don't know how his album is, but his recent live appearance on idol sucked - the song, singing, and performance.

I loved him on Idol (when he was in the contest, not the most recent performance) and he made me a lot of of money too. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] His album is weak at best, but as Kamakaze said, they want him to do pop and they pretty much own him so he's doing crappy pop. I'd love to see him become a frontman for an actual rock band and I think an album in that case would be great.

my thoughts exaclty, i thought all the contestants from this year sounded a LOT better than his performance, though i didn't watch last year when he was a contestant so i cant compare him to last year.

Yeah, wow, it can't be said enough. His recent performance on Idol was only a little better the people in the open auditions who sound like dying animals. His intonation was accurate for perhaps 15% of the song. Just horrible.
