Which of the Twins, Indians, or White Sox do you see finishing below Detroit?

[/ QUOTE ]

I think the Twins or even the White Sox could finish under Detroit.

Why White Sox? What weakness is more apparent than last year? Just curious.

The White Sox got stupid lucky last year. Every pitcher was healthy and good, they won a crazy amount of one run games, etc. They are probably slightly better this year, but they didn't have 99 win talent last year.
I'm guessing
Indians
Twins
White Sox
Detroit
Royals

Their projected record based on runs scored and allowed last year was 91-71. If they're better this year let's say they should be around 93-69. I find it hard to believe that 93 wins will only be good for third place in the central.

I have a hard time seeing how the Twins improved over the offseason. Sure they have Torii Hunter back now, but what else did they do? Liriano is raw, and Santana can only lead to so many wins.

what do you guys think of logan? i personally never liked him. somehow he started off real well last year but really stopped producing completely. i don't forsee him getting anywhere near as many starts as granderson. (i guess the fact he isnt currently on the roster won't help )

Logan needs to improve his contact and OBP to be considered a passable MLBer, imo.

Pena was a bust. Surprised we just cut him. At least we still have Bonderman from the Jeff Weaver trade.

Ugh, Troy Percival. Ugh, Magglio. We've had some pretty crappy FA signings. At least we can sign FAs now though. Better than the old days where Dean Palmer was our best new acquisition.

what? contract aside and assuming health (and he seems to be getting back into great condition), mags is solid. plus he looks like a tiger the way he starts to prowl in right field during every pitch. that is cool.
