No.

First of all, he doesn't enter every event, he enters like 4 or 5. Second, there are a lot of players who participate longer than 15 years and don't have a single bracelet.

I'm sorry but he enters EVERY SINGLE EVENT and has done so for 15 years or more. Some events had under 15 entrants. I know this first hand.
