Simple ?,

I recently my ISP to a local company which boasted ridiculous dwload speeds anddelivered.....

Unfortunately I cant open my poker site of choice since I made the switch (ultimate bet)/.

I have done the following: Gone through the prescribed changes in my explorer settings...taken from UB's website./

Dwloded a new version of UB...

Emailed UB....and I have gotten no response in over a week.

chatted with some nimrod from my ISP for 5 minutes before I lost patience.

cOULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT? Maybe even walk me through something via IMing.....
