The risk of domination is pretty high against a 7% pfr. When you are not suited, you are looking to make top pair or a straight. If you flop top pair, lead, and UTG raises, you are in a pretty uncomfortable spot, and will end up calling down majority of the time. You don't really have the opportunity to flop a huge draw and c/r for value.

Anyway, I'm betting the river with QT or better, and Q9 some of the time.
