i'm impressed with what i've seen so far, especially on the attitude front. much different than the rocks and rings bs, barring the tongue thing against phil, which wasn't even that bad.

Not that it actually matters, but Todd doesn't play that many hours in the "Big Game". He won a lot against Andy Beal when he was playing a community bankroll and therefore claims to be the biggest cash game winner in history, but it isn't really accurate.

[/ QUOTE ]

There is some truth to this. I play alot online lately and not so much at the Bellagio. I'm also busy writting quite a bit. I don't put the hours in that Ivey or greenstien do, not even close. I'm also on the road close to a third of the time.
What I claimed was to be the most consistent winner in the big game, not the biggest. I think my win ratio is higher than any other player. I couldn't be the biggest winner with my fore mentioned lack of hours.

Anyone else catch the blatant product placement this show? Not only did they show the product, they made sure to enhance a player soundbite talking about it. I don't want to give away what it was but it's pretty obvious.

yes opening J6o from the HJ when your image is that of a hyperaggro lag in a game where people are playing too many hands when youre playing over your bankroll is class poker. if youre referring to his attitude then yah hes been pretty cool.

He was on the UK William Hill tournament a few weeks ago and he was pretty impressive on that as well, he didnt get through his heat but his card sense and general attitude was excellent and much better than the character that his site and WPT appearances have given the impression of.

I cant wait to see DN throw in two $50K bricks + a DP 12-pack. I also can't wait for Gabe Kaplan's ensuing joke.

I am not good enough to judge the skill levels of these players but I read a discussion between some sweden's high stakes pros where they were saying that the game seemed really soft. Everyone except Stupak and Farhad (spelling) playing weak loose and without imagination (Stupak obviousy plays totally without imagination but extremely tight). The verdict was that none of these players played to win money in the game but to get as much tv time as possible.
