Go to a bar and look for stoners. It doesn't matter where you are at, you will find weed. Or weed will simply find you.

try a local bar that plays jamband type music usually you can find a connection there.
Your Local Ghetto will have some stuff, I'd be suprised if it was actually weed though. easiest way, make new friends and see if they do, usually you can tell another stoner (well atleast I can) or they always seem to find me. It might have something to do with the Greatful Dead Stickers on my car though...

I would not be opening it. Too many wierdos out there.
