With only having put 750 into the pot thus far, and still having 5070 behind, i dont see how this is a call here, against anyone.

This is esp. true if you are correct in this statement:

I am certain villain fears me I have outplayed him in any pot we have been in together we've been toing and fro'ing for about 15 mins hu.

You are still deep enough to play good poker and by exploiting your advantage over him, beat him. All without being forced into a potentially devastating situation given the prize implications.

I'd fold, and be pretty irritated.

Thank you ansky for expressing my thoughts.

I am pretty pist off, yet its the right move. Stacks are huge and he is hoping you make a huge mistake by making a bad call.

If he ended up bluffing with you air, or lower flush. More power to him for having the balls to pull off such a risky move. Yet, most of the time I figure you're behind since few solid players will try to make a move like this.

as someone who recently lost a similiar all in battle for a wsop seat to a player that i had out played HU down 4:1 to actually taking the lead, i definitly believe that this is a must fold. go back to outplaying the opponent in small pots.

I dont like your river bet

Agreed, I think this river bet lets him get away from pretty much all worse hands. Unless he's seen you overbet bluff before.

i agree that this is a pretty easy fold

i would have rather bet 300 or maybe 450 on the river

Appreciate the advice guys now i've slept on it I feel unless I knew 100% that he had the Jh I shoulda folded... I know for a fact i coulda outplayed the guy with a 5k . stack My HU I feel is one of my strongest aspects of my game, and i think if i had a bit longer to think about it I woulda came to the conclusion of folding.

Unfortunately there was only 9 seconds left in my time bank balance... Not that Im making excuses im just saying it isnt exactly an ABC Poker decision.

Anyway it was my first DS I've played so far plenty time left and if fate has anything to do with it I lost my first DS to Atlantis HU then won the next one .

I think everyone probably guessed villain did have the J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I am wanting to get paid on the river believing I have the best hand. Villain has been seen calling overbets with less than great hands earlier vs other opponents. It's not like I pushed or anything.. Just something I do.. I think if i bet half the pot or the whole pot the outcome of the hand would be the same just imo.
