what are we beating when we get c/r here? a total bluff with K-hi? If we bet, we are folding.

I don't see much value here with two villains, esp one being unknown. With just the one fish, we expect him to call with a busted flush draw, any 8 or K-hi, playing his kicker on his awesome two pair.

I would probably bet/call here but checking through is not a bad thing either. In hind sight I should probably make more of these safechecks on the river but I have a bad habit of pushing the action until notified that I am no longer ahead.

The more I read these responses, the more I think that checking through is probably right. Both of my opponents had crap busted draws. Results oriented I know, but if I bet I wasn't getting called by either one of them (I don't think at least).

In any case, if one decision or the other is a mistake, it's a small one at best.
