Actually, I've put some thought into this, and I'm certain I could write some code that would catch a high percentage of multi-accounters with an almost non-existant false positive rate and it wouldn't matter if they used multiple computers and multiple ip addresses. So yes, there is more that they can do. Maybe they are doing what I'm thinking about, but I doubt it.

I think I should write the code and patent it.
