how bad do i suck here? i'd love comments on every street.

PSB lead on the flop. Discipline to get away thereafter when the flush arrives.

Like everyone else said bet the flop, becuase there's a pretty good chance this flop hit villain hard and he will raise you, at which point you can get it all in. I think your turn and river play was standard.
