so utg limps button folds sb raises i call utg calls

flop: 2, 4 , 7 rainbow
sb bets i call utg folds
turn: 8
sb bets i raise he calls
river: 3
sb checks i bet...
line check on all streets please

Id fold pf. I may also lay it down on the flop depending on what I think about SB, but if im going to take a stab at it I'd raise the flop (hopefully folding UTG) and bet the turn if checked to but fold UI if he leads it. If he calls the turn I'd probably give up on it unless i improved on the river; check river if he checks fold if he bets. But I would not try to take a stab at it unless I know he is capable of folding, it doesnt matter that you think the flop missed him if you know he calls down with A high, or 22.
