AIM Virus, need help

there's an AIM virus going around where a link to a phony myspace page infects your AIM account with a virus that sends an IM linking that page to everyone on your buddy list. anybody seen this and know how to get rid of it?

#1) Use Firefox, not IE
#2) Use GAIM, not AIM
