How large of an edge (limit)?

I'm mostly interested in LHE and O/8 edges against opponents who play generally aggressive (not clueless) but make consistent + exploitable errors in many situations. BB is Button. I suppose these are your common mid-limit opponents you might encounter at Stars or Party.

Anyone have any thoughts/data/experience here vs. specific players? I'm trying to get an idea of winrate vs. variance in certain situations.
