with no cap i would stop there. his range is kq or qq and they are both equally likely.
if its a 4bet cap this is an easy cap bc there is always a small chance he will have 88 or 44 or q8 or q4. |

[/ QUOTE ] Do you mean he's more likely to be holding (and overplaying) these hands when playing in a game with a 4-bet cap structure? If that's not what you mean, is it really that easy to narrow down our chance of winning to greater than 50% (capping is correct instead of calling) but less than 67% (calling is correct instead of 4-betting)? I'm not saying I disagree with it (I did cap after all), but is it really an "easy" cap? Edit: Sorry if I'm just picking nits here, just trying to understand you. Thanks. |

i think our chances of winning are greater than 50 but less than 67. they are only slightly better than 50 imo.
