Hmm that really makes me feel quite scared. I've like 2000$ there and I play on their site almost every day ( Yea it's horrible out there, filled with TAG's and rocks but I need another 5000 raked hands to get to the 50.000 raked hands I needed there). I've a contact person at one of their skins and i'm gonna mail him right now with a link to that thread. I hope he can give me some more info about this.

I ran up the original $10 deposit to something like $75, but wasn't comfortable sending the information they requested to cash it out. Has anybody else sent in that information?

this is good news. But it was scary to see so many people chime in to say that this thing is not uncommon at Prima. I was going to open an account there, but not now. Thanks for the heads up guys.

I was actually going to do the same thing, I heard it is comparable to Full Tilt, except they only take 25% of your mgr . But, since the latest upgrade they too have been seeing a lot of problems. I think I am holding up there for now. sorry for hj.
