Anyone have problems with Pokerroom?
It's nearly 30 minutes after I took third in a $20 three-table SNG, and I still haven't received my $100.66 for taking third. And yes, the tournament is over -- not that it should matter.
Also haven't had anyone respond to my three emails to customer support. Anyone else have this kind of problem here? I know this ... they'll lose my business forever without a plausible explanation, and even then, there really isn't an acceptable one. I've never had this problem at Paradise, either with timely payouts or in quick responses from customer support. |

My account has always been credited immediately. What I have noticed, though, is that the lobby balance doesn't update (in the Java client, at least). If you're only looking there and hitting the reload button (which doesn't seem to do much of anything any more) you'll probably be disappointed. My balance on the "My Account" page always updates immediately.

SoCalPat, One time a bonus payout never came(for some magical reason they couldn't explain) and I Emailed CS, reply was about 20 mins and they fixed it without any problem. If the skin you're on has a # calling is always better. You should be able to resolve it without much hassle... I hope. |
