I think I can find a fold here. You're basically behind to any 8 (78s, 98s, 10s, A8s or A8off), the case 5, any other small- to mid-pairs that UTG1 could've limped with (66+). I like to press the issue a bit more on the turn and get villain to define his hand a bit more, but, FWIW and because you're here, I fold.

If you've seen this player make a sizeable bluff on the river before, then maybe you can call here. Against an unknown player you can fold; you're getting 2.15:1 pot odds, and given the action I'd say there's at most a 20% chance that your fives-full-of-fours is now good.

Perhaps you could consider raising as a bluff, but I think if your opponent has an 8 he would probably call the raise.

I dont see the villian betting the river with anything you beat. Most likely hand is probably something like A8s and he wouldn't be betting Ace high here often enough (since the only better hand he folds is yours) to make it worthwhile.

Fold, you're not good 1/5 of the time here let alone 1/3. And more importantly, bet more on the turn.
