That is messed up. You can probably get that guys chat disabled. I usually make a comment after the hand if someone bets with junk, like " why the hell would you bet with middle pair you freakin moron?". But saying to check it down during the hand is pretty bad.

There is nothing wrong with hitting and running, but if you come back to the game later you'd better come back with everything.

Of course, I don't know how you'd manage this at a table with a capped buy in. I guess that means you don't get to go back.
