Card rooms should spread whatever limit and game that the most players will play while still giving them a profit for spreading the game.

If that's NL, then so be it.

As for "Are the cardrooms making a mistake spreading mostly NL by allowing the fish to bust too quickly," I think bad players bust out no matter what game they play. I've seen some bad limit players zip through their stack pretty fast. Maybe not in one hand, but fast enough.
