I would wait until UB is stable again. Take a look at some other UB threads in this forum.

On a serious note though...

you can pick up anything from 25%-30% depending on your volume. All the top affiliates offer a flat 28% with ability to reach 30%

You may get PM'd offers of 32-34% from people who are prepared to work for 1% margins. At that point it's a matter of the quality of service you are going to receive and the reliability of payment...

People often over value one or two percent when comparing affiliates..
