Don't like squeezing here. He's not opening up too much on the button, and his high VPIP means we can assume, with lack of a better read, he may very well be calling reraises light.

Spot on, I'd call here.
Squeeze bet size: I usually do pot+1 or 2 BB

If you somehow do squeeze and the 3bet is called I check an A high flop often fwiw to get more value out of 99+ pairs
