PF is really bad. He raising UTG so hes already leaning on the strong side, AJ is just bad to 3b in general, you're going to get yourself in crappy spots like this one.

As played i would call, but i would have made my decision before i bet, whether i wanted to b/c b/f or check behind.

FWIW, I think b/f is terrible, and if you don't want to call a CRAI, I'd check flop. Also, a CRAI is so common in 3 bet pots, that betting without considering how to react to it is really bad.
