I never really knew where I was in this hand, and suddenly I found myself pot commited and calling down. My stack was getting semi-low compared to the BB so something had to happen soon, but I don't like the way this one played out. I had recently been moved to this table so no reads. Your thoughts?

I probably would have raised 3rd, although your Ks are dead so that may not be correct. A raise may have some fold equity if he was just trying to steal or be fancy with a mediocre hand and could get him to fold 4th if you catch a scare card and he doesnt.

I think you are stuck when he raises 5th though. You have way more than 1/2 your stack in the pot already and will be crippled. It is tough to read his hand. I think it is unlikely he has a straight unless he has odd standards for completing a hand...568? 8TJ? seems unlikely. He could have made 2 pair if he completed with something like 789 or maybe he had pocket 9s or 7s. If it is something in the 2 pair or trips range at least you have a chance to draw out on him.
