Shove the flop to CO's reraise, he's either bluffing or has an overpair and your likely not getting any more value out of him anyway, or he's semi-bluffing a flush draw and is likely to call your all-in because the odds will close to right especially if he has something like AKd. What he doesn't know is that he's drawing dead.

If your not going to shove, I think you need lead the turn.
