Default Is this possible?

I'm new to cash and running at like 18/13/2.5, but i'm spewing off stacks way too often and losing in general to bad play.

this is probably a stupid post, but any basic advice for me would be appreciated.

Seriously post hands, this post wont get far.

Ur stats are quite nitty, at a guess (and this is what it is), ur overvaluing 1 pair hands, ie. TPTK, small overpairs. And probably given up on hands too quickly.
Good regulars are able to run over players who are too weak tight.
