Default NL100, TJs flops straight draw in 3-bet pot

CO is 17/11/5 in 72 hands; BB is 50/35/8.5 in 46 hands. I decided to call the CO's re-raise after the BB called, but I'm not sure how to proceed after his flop bet; call, raise or fold. Obviously I'm getting great odds to call, but given the CO 3-bet preflop, is he going to raise the flop too often for me to continue?

well he raised PF vs a weak raise and a weak call. Id be very worried hed do the same thing on the flop vs a weak lead and a weak call.

I have no idea whats the right thing to do here tho
