Default AA in SB first in

How do you play such monsters when everybody folds to you and you have rockets in SB? Maybe minraise is good here? We can start building a pot and not let villain fold average hands.

Raise it up to 1 pf. When you min raise here youre pretty much begging villain to stack you.

Raise PF to 4xBB or even 5xBB when you know you'll be OOP for the hand.

Bet the pot on this flop because of the flush draw.

What they said, dont bet small to "keep the customers", its bad poker, gives all the junk hands odds to crack your aces.

If villain's aggressive, check the river if you think he'll bet and call your check raise at least half as often as he'll call your bet.
