i havent played at ub in 2 years and i remeber their support blowing
Today i made a depsit via epass that did not get credited into my ub acct It went thru on epassports end so I emailed UB the transaction number and they respnded and credited me the money within 10 mins. Is this a miracle or have they gotten better? |

I was 100% sure before opening this thread that the the support email was going to have to do with depositing.
If you had a problem with withdrawing you would have received a reply in 5-15 days or so. Seriously. |

You are trying to put money on their site...no surprise that they responded quick. Try and withdrawl now and get back to us.
