the sick raise size would be 33 or so, utg+1 can't reopen the betting as is (unless the site is dumb), so call.

4 bet/folding sucks if you're getting paid off when you hit, it's kinda nice if he'll call more often than raise and then payoff when you hit b/c you win more but it can suck on blank turns. All factors weighed, I like a call better. Please don't fold, wow.
