Statless because i'm experimenting with playing without a HUD
Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter CO: $96.55 Hero (BTN): $132.95 SB: $41.90 BB: $86.40 UTG: $33.75 MP: $55.35 Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN) UTG calls $1, <font color="red">MP raises to $4.50</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $16</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $41.90 and is All-In</font>, 3 folds, Hero makes a standard call right? I'm thinking this is a close to neutral EV call. |

What do you estimate his range as then after a pfr and a 3-bet
I'm thinking you have to atleast discount low pocket pairs so something like 88+, AQ+ maybe? TOo narrow? |

If he shoved 42BB before it gets to you, I could find a fold. But since you've already put in $16, I can't see folding this for another $25.90.

66+, AJ+, KQ. i said this is another post the other day. 40bb stacks aren't the shortstackers everyone hates. they're the ones you love because they play soooooo poorly. they bleed money everywhere, so here i happily call then get pissed when i lose to 66.

So you guys don't think the pf action really affects his range very much at all then?
Not arguing that it's an easy call, I'm just curious to know how +ev this is |

you need 29% equity. A range as tight as TT+, AK would be sufficient:
Text results appended to pokerstove.txt 3,206,699 games 3.656 secs 877,105 games/sec Board: Dead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 29.604% 28.60% 01.01% 917000 32301.50 { AQo } Hand 1: 70.396% 69.39% 01.01% 2225096 32301.50 { TT+, AKs, AKo } |
